Terms of use

What tradius is

tradius helps nearby players find each other to trade, sell and buy single cards. It is free for players.

tradius is not an official Magic: The Gathering app and is not affiliated with Wizards of the Coast.

At the bottom of every page you will find the notice required by the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy.

The service is run by Ugo Raffaele Piemontese.

tradius is not a party to trades

Agreements, payments and hand-overs happen directly between players, outside the app. tradius does not sell cards, does not take payments and does not guarantee trades.

We suggest meeting at a game store and checking the cards before trading.

Who can use it

You must be at least 14 years old. One account per person.

You can delete your account from your profile whenever you want: your listings disappear at once and after 30 days we delete everything, unless you sign in again to think it over.

Listings and contacts

Active listings are public: anyone can see them, even without an account, with your nickname, your area and a rounded distance. You need at least one contact to publish a listing.

Your contacts are shown only to people with an account who ask for them from one of your listings. You can archive or delete your listings whenever you want.

When a nearby offer matches a want, both players get a notification.

There are limits against abuse: for example 200 new listings an hour and the contacts of at most 40 different players in 24 hours.

How to behave

Only list cards you really have, described honestly. No fakes, spam or offensive content.

Use other players’ contacts only to talk about their listings: no mass collection, advertising or unwanted messages.

You can report and block other players. Whoever administers tradius reads the reports: we may archive listings, hide stores and suspend accounts that break these terms.

Stores

You can say which game stores you go to, five at most, and propose one that is missing: a proposed store is shown as unverified.

If you run a store you can register it or ask to manage it. Before marking it as verified we check by hand that it is yours: you must give us true information and keep its details up to date.

A manager sees among their players only those who chose to be seen, and cannot export their data. We may remove a store’s verification or hide it.

Card data and prices

Card names, images and reference prices come from Scryfall. Prices are indicative and dated, not official prices.

Changes and jurisdiction

If we change these terms we update the date at the top of this page and ask you to accept them again.

Jurisdiction: the courts of Lecce, Italy, without prejudice to the mandatory rules that protect consumers.
